Take I-35 to the 12^th Street Exit; head west on 12^th Street until you come to the traffic light at Central Avenue.  Turn right on Central, which turns into Ninth Street a block later when you cross into Missouri.  Go approximately 5 blocks.  The Hobbs Building will be on the right across from the Capital Electric Company.
