Jury of Selection and Awards:
Deborah Dickson Campbell, Christopher Leitch, and Rebecca Wilkinson
Entry Rules:
Open to all artists over the age of 18 years and able to hand deliver work to
the show. Jurying will be by 35
mm slides. Artists may enter up
to 5 works in any medium EXCEPT photography, video, film, or computer
generated art. Artists submitting
3-D works are encouraged to submit 3 views.
Slides: Label each slide with the artists name, title of work,
number of the work (which must correspond with entry form), medium, and
dimensions. Indicate top and
place a red dot in the lower left corner.
Slides will be returned only if a self-addressed envelope and sufficient postage is
included with the submission.
Presentation:
Matted works must have neutral colored mats and be framed.
All 2-D work must be provided with screw eyes and hanging wire.
(No saw-toothed hangers.) Artists
of 3-D pieces must provide their own pedestals and any necessary installation.
Accepted work that differs significantly from the slide will be
disqualified.
Fees: A
non-refundable fee of $25 must accompany the entry form and slides.

Delivery:
Accepted works must be hand carried to the Hobbs Building during the
receiving hours of 3 5 p.m. on Friday, Sept.14, or 11 a.m. 2 p.m. on
Saturday, Sept.15, 2001. Note:
The Hobbs Building is a locked facility.
You must arrive within the listed hours in order to gain access
to the building and check in work.
Sales and Commission: No commission by the Hobbs Building Gallery will be taken on any sales. So that artists may handle their own sales, contact information will be made available to patrons at the Hobbs Building Gallery and in a virtual catalog of the show.
Return of Work:
All works must be picked up from the Hobbs Building Gallery on Saturday, Sept.
29, from 11 a.m. 3 p.m. Any
works remaining after the pickup dates will be subject to a $3.00 per day
storage charge.
Insurance and Liability:
Although the Hobbs Building is a locked facility and art professionals
will take all possible care in handling of the work, neither the Hobbs
Building Gallery nor the Grand Nude Show organizers will be responsible for
loss or damage to any work of art submitted for exhibition.
Insurance for the work is the responsibility of the artist.
Submission of artwork implies acceptance of the conditions set forth.
